These Terms of Use apply to IndigoInk Research Assistant, a private personal research tool operated by Andre Taissin.

Private tool

IndigoInk Research Assistant is intended for private personal research use. It helps discover public YouTube videos for research topics, retrieve public metadata, and prepare local research summaries.

YouTube Terms

IndigoInk Research Assistant uses YouTube API Services. By using this tool, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The tool is also subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

Permitted use

The tool may be used to search for public YouTube videos, retrieve public video and channel metadata, sample public comments where available, and create private research summaries.

Restrictions

Users must not use the tool to:

Upload, update, delete, or otherwise manage YouTube content.
Access private YouTube account data without proper authorization.
Misrepresent YouTube API data or imply endorsement by YouTube or Google.
Sell, redistribute, or expose YouTube API data in a way that violates YouTube API policies.
Bypass YouTube API quotas, security controls, or access restrictions.
